I’ve been working in leadership and executive development for over 15 years. Over the last five, I’ve delved more fully into the world of adult development, using globally recognised tools developed by leading Harvard educators to grow people more deeply.
These tools are the best way I’ve found to make a real difference to people leading in an uncertain, changing, complex world—essentially by helping them get bigger at a deeper level than is possible with most leadership development approaches.
What drives me in my work—and life more generally—is a deep desire to really ‘see’ people, grow with them, and witness the ripples of positive impact that can then flow out into the world.

I am based in Melbourne, and I work in person or virtually with leaders and teams in Australia and internationally, supporting their growth to enable them to have the greatest possible impact in complex, changing environments.
I bring empathy, insight, pragmatism and deep expertise gained from a rare combination of professional experience - including time in revenue-generating roles, responsibility for leadership and succession management in an ASX top 5 organisation, and over 15 years of assessing and coaching senior leaders.
When leaders are open to growth, our work together results in meaningful and observable change, and in improved leadership capability and business impact.
I am one of a small number of experienced practitioners in Australia in Immunity to Change Coaching. Using this globally recognised methodology for deeper behavioural change, I work with leaders to make visible and then ‘overturn’ the internal barriers holding them back from leading at their best, and enhance their capacity to lead in uncertainty and complexity.
